"From the 20+ years of playing I realized the number one thing to go out on a set of darts was the grip! So I needed a grip that would not only let you grip the dart with sweaty, oily hands and be able to release it but also round after round of punishment of tight grouping, which brought me to the reversed studded grip. I throw from center to the back of the barrel with a strong follow through, and this grip stays put without having to actually pinch or tightly hold the barrel for a more comfortable follow-thru. And as far as the length at 52mm and a center balanced it suits a majority of the hands that pick it up! So don't hesitate to grab a set and see for yourself, the amazing work and design that went into my signature barrel
